Arrived at 4 and David and Andy off ashore for first 24 mile run up Ben mhor.
Tony Dave and I anchored quickly whilst others fannying around. Weather dry and windy. Having a cup of tea to celebrate with some of mums fruit loaf. 2nd time she's saved the day after veg soup revived dave - apparently like a warm blanket mum!!!

Ok, so David's very astute brother donated to the wrong charity. The RNLI is now the beneficiary of my precious shekels. I called them to explain the situ, get a refund and then switch to Maggie's. Fair to say I felt bad enough - who calls a charity to ask for their money back? - the lady was very understanding which made it worse. Result? They got to keep the cash.
